Virginia Bigfoot Research Organization Sighting Report.
Names have been retracted to protect confidentiality.
County: Culpeper County
Location:I should say this happened to my daughter and her mom, who have ignored my urgings to report this to you. The sighting was somewhere around the Orange/Culpeper line, as described to me, near a spot on 522 where they had encountered a terrible smell on another occasion. This would have been shortly after midnight on April 20 of this year. They were driving from Richmond to Culpeper, to drive me to BWI, to catch a flight to Albuquerque. My belongings were with movers, to be delivered to my new home in Taos. According to them, they smelled the same terrible smell, and mom joked to my daughter about Bigfoot. It was at that time that they were shocked to see one walking along the road. As you may know, 522 late at night is a lonely road indeed. Cars are very few and far between. According to them, it was tall, not at all skinny, and paid them little heed. The most interesting feature of their description is a swath of white hair around its midriff! Anyway, I will try again to have one of them contact you. Their description was quite breathless, and I`m sure quite honest.
Physical Traits: Tall, muscular, large, white band around midriff.
Activity:Walking along Va. 522 after midnight.
Setting:Night; lowland rural road.
Witnesses: My daughter 20, and her mother. I should say both are somewhat believers because of my interest and studies on the subject.
